How to use personal monthly budget planner? 1. Enter you Starting Balance in to the correct cell of the workbook. Starting balance of the month is usually a closing balance of the previous month. 2. Allocate your budgeted expenses by entering your expenses in appropriate categories of the workbook. 3. At last, enter your actual expenses in all appropriate categories of the workbook.
