If I would have to look for an invoice templates for my business, I would probably be looking for free excel invoice template, which would have to be easy to use and most importantly simple to customize for requirements of my business and also to match my corporate style. All of the above factors had a huge impact on me when I have decided to create this professionally looking, simple to customize and free Excel Invoice Template. Although in many years I have developed many different invoice templates for quite significant number of businesses with different aspects and business requirements, this general invoice template still is one of my most requested templates.

This basic invoice is ideal for start-ups and presents a simple alternative that can be used for generating invoices without any need to purchase an expensive billing software for your business.
Simple throughout design, with option of two different formats that can optionally change colour by selecting an appropriate from the drop down menu (which probably is the most advanced feature). The invoice template will only require a minimum of customization to match your corporate style.

Most of the general "How to...?" questions that may arise when using this Invoice has already been answered in my invoicing article, which I would recommend reading through, since it also has some good suggestions and gives a general but pretty great ideas on most frequently asked question such as Managing your Invoices.
Printing and Sending your Invoices.
When it comes to printing your invoices, I generally suggest to use PDF printers that usually do come in a form of software like Adobe® Acrobat that settles on your computer as a virtual printer and can be found in Devices and Printers panel of your computer. This can also save you some money on buying paper and ink for your standard printer and most importantly time when sending your invoice.
