Excel: Display pivot table wizard
Question: Once I've created a pivot table, how do I get back to the Pivot Table Wizard? Answer: To return to the Pivot Table Wizard, select any cell in the pivot table.

Right-click and then select "Wizard" from the popup menu.

You should now see the Pivot Table Wizard.
