Changing Rows

To Insert A Column:

1. Highlight the column by clicking on the column letter.

2. Right-click with the mouse.

3. Choose Insert.

To Resize A Column:

1. Hover the mouse between the lines of the column you want to resize.

2. The pointer will become a cross with arrows.

3. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the line to resize the column.
   

   

4. If you have already typed in the cell, you can resize it by double clicking the line to the right. The cell will automatically expand to fit the text.

To Insert A Row:

1. Click on the row number.

2. Right-click with the mouse.

3. Choose Insert.

To Resize A Row:

1. Hover the mouse between the lines of the row you want to resize.

2. The pointer will become a cross with arrows.

3. Hold down the left mouse button and drag the line to resize the row.

To change the contents of a cell, double-click on the cell and re-type.
